WATCH: Cuevas, Azarenka, Sabalenka and Others Stole the Show on Social Media During Australian Open 2021 Quarantine

The two-week quarantine rule ahead of the Australian Open 2021 was tough on most players, but the likes of Rafael Nadal and Victoria Azarenka managed to stay in the headlines even during this dour spell.

The Spaniard, who is currently level with Roger Federer at 20 Grand Slam titles apiece, didn’t let up on his rigorous workouts and training during the quarantine period.

Pablo Cuevas did shadow-practice under the shower

Veteran Uruguayan tennis star Pablo Cuevas found his own source of entertainment, sharing a video of himself shadow-practicing his shots under the shower.

He shared another footage of himself, perfecting his shots by bouncing the tennis ball off a mattress held up against the wall. The video got him appreciation from peers Riley Opelka and Vasek Pospisil.

She couldn’t have found a better way to not only keep herself active in the comforts of her hotel room during the quarantine period but also stay in high spirits.

Her Belorussian peer Aryna Sabalenka took it a notch higher as she was seen in an impromptu dance-off with a member of her support staff.

Sabalenka, who is on a great run of form after winning three WTA tournaments on the bounce, took some time out of practice to show off her dancing skills.

Veteran French tennis star Edouard Roger-Vasselin shared a video of how he was counting down the quarantine days in his own unique way.
