NBA Rumors: Max Kellerman Suggests a Wild Bradley Beal-Milwaukee Bucks Trade

It is that time of the year when mid-season trade rumors are hot. The hottest among these are the talks surrounding Wizards’ blessing in disguise, Bradley Beal. The star shooting guard has done everything within and outside of his powers to put his team ahead, but to no avail. Needless to say, it makes sense to opt-out. But where for? That’s where the Milwaukee Bucks come in.

The Bucks are again in the Top 3 of the EC and are coming off some very narrow losses. They’re a team that can do wonders with just one big addition to the roster. Beal can be that perfect solution.

Why does Giannis Antetokounmpo need him?

The Bucks have been topping the regular-season for the last two years but still failing to reach deeper into the postseason. This time, with teams like the Nets playing a Big Three, Downtown needs a stronger roster more than ever.

In a recent interview, NBA Analyst Max Kellerman also backed this. He expressed, “The Bucks, that’s the team that needs him the most to put them over the top. I say this religiously. Stephen A, your assessment on Giannis several years ago, in the playoffs he’s gonna play big, was right on the money… But we can’t really judge him based on the way we judge the perimeter players.”

Giannis Antetokounmpo signed the max extension and signaled that the organization that he trusts them. Now, it’s Peter Feigin’s responsibility to put the right pieces around him.

As Max claimed, “If you’re a great big and you want to win a championship, better have a great non-big, who’s just as good more or less on that level. Like Hakeem did because Jordan was out of the league, so he was going against Patrick Ewing with no help or Shaq, who had Penny but did not have Kobe or Wade.”

What makes the Milwaukee Bucks the right stop for Beal?

Bradley Beal is a class apart. He is in his 10th season with the Wizards and in top-notch form. Still, the league’s worst defense is sending all his efforts down the drain. The disappointment is visible from his face because the addition of Russell Westbrook has also failed to change their fate.

On the other hand, his probable trade to the Bucks can be a win-win for Bucks, Beal, and a hopeless Wizards. The Bucks, in fact, will be benefited the most as they will then have more teeth. As Max further added, “Jrue Holiday is excellent, that’s not him. AD had Holiday, didn’t do anything. So is Middleton, and he’s not what I’m talking about. Bradley Beal qualifies particularly when you see what he can do this season when the handcuffs are off when he’s getting a lot of touches, if he’s not it, he’s the next thing to it, is what the Bucks need to put them over the top.”

Teams like Miami Heat, LA Clippers, and Golden State Warriors might also be interested in this deal. So where must Beal go? Help us know your opinion in the comments.
