“I Am Not Preaching Anything” – Novak Djokovic Hits Back At Critics

Recently, Novak Djokovic had a talk with his friend Chervin Jafarieh as part of his Self Mastery Project. In the talk, Novak said that toxic food and polluted water could be turned into healthy substances with the power of positive thoughts.

This statement gained a lot of attention and he was criticized by the media for making it. He and Chervin have just responded to such critics. Check it out.

Novak Djokovic Responds

In the first tweet, we see Novak Djokovic having a talk with Jay Shetty. He made it clear that what he said on the live chat was solely his perception of life. He also said that he was not trying to preach anything but was just sharing his experiences in life.

As you can see in the second tweet, Chervin Jafarieh also stepped in and defended Novak Djokovic. He said that Novak’s statement was used against him and that it is the standard attack system of most people. He then told everybody that if they have someone like this in their life, the only thing that they can do is pray for them.

Novak Djokovic hosts 'disturbing' video interview on Instagram

This is not the first time Novak Djokovic has been victim to such criticism. A while back, he said that he would not like a coronavirus vaccine to be made mandatory for travel. With the world suffering at the hands of the coronavirus, many people did not like this statement.

Novak would probably not care too much about such criticism as there are bigger things on his mind. He wants to help people suffering at the hands of the pandemic and after that, he wants to focus on his biggest goal – becoming the GOAT of tennis.

He has to win more Grand Slams than his rivals Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal to achieve this. And when the ATP Tour returns in July, he will have the opportunity to just that.
